Strict And Enforced 24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Hey friend, I get it, life is busy and appointments get missed, not to mention the pat 2 years challenges. However as a small business when a guest forgets to reschedule or cancel an appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for each guest personally, a cancellation fee will apply.
Less than 24 hours cancellation notice will incur a 50% of reserved service fee.
Same day cancellation will incur 75% of the reserved service fee.
No-shows will incur 100% of reserved service fee.
You will receive an invoice via text through Square. Please attend to this as soon as possible.
A credit card is required to be on file to reserve future appointments.
Guess what it goes both ways!!
My guests receive a discount if I need to cancel with less than 24 hrs notice.
I stand by my policies, I feel that it is only fair that I honor my guests as well.
Late Arrival
To ensure that I'm running on time for your appointment and all others, I do only allow a 10 minute grace period for all scheduled appointment times. Should you arrive 10 or more minutes late, unfortunately I may not be able to do all your scheduled services, however you will be responsible to pay for the full booked time.
Ch​ildren In The Salon
I Love kids, so much that I want to protect them. The Salon is not a safe place for a child to be when their adult is being pampered. There are sharp, hot and poisonous things around. I firmly ask that you do not bring any child under the age of 10 to any appointment unless they are receiving the service. If you do, I will require you reschedule and you will be charge the 100% of the service.
Refunds and Returns
All services are guaranteed up to 7 days after date of service and, only if products used on your hair at home, have been purchased through me (I will have all purchases in my system. Products purchased on-line or in stores could be false or diverted product). I do not refund for any service after it has been rendered. I always want my guests to be happy and will do my best to resolve any dissatisfaction as long as it falls within the range of expectations given at time of service and 7 day policy. Products purchased from me can be returned within 7 days of purchase for credit towards another product.
