So, I'm taking away all of the usual stress and confusion with my unique new guest booking experience. Below you will find a walk through of what to expect when booking and visiting me at the salon. If you have any questions do not hesitate to connect with me via text. 607-230-6038.

Scheduling an appointment is as easy 1-2-3
1. Text 607-234-6038
2. Provide your full name, service(s) you would like to book and the times that would work best for you. I currently work Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturdays. I will be opening my schedule full time mid April 2022.
3. I will respond with-in 24 hours (usually much sooner), we choose a time and that's it! Get ready to enjoy your visit!
I use a business phone and text only. This helps me to make sure I don't miss a connection. It also helps me to be able to look back and double check all my appointments for the week to ensure I have everyone scheduled properly.

Your experience starts as soon as you make your appointment. As your stylist I get excited and start planning for your arrival! By filling out the new guest form I gain great insight into your goals for your upcoming appointment. I do not currently have a confirmation system to remind guests of their upcoming appointments, so be sure to write your appointment on your calendar, set an alarm, do all the things so you won't forget!

You'll notice when you schedule that there is a form you fill out. We'll sit down and chat about everything that is on that form and more. We'll talk about your hair dreams, worst nightmares, and take a look at some inspirational photos so I can get an idea of the things you do and don't like. After I have a clear vision of our goal for the days appointment, I'll walk you through what's attainable, our style/color plan, future services, the level of maintenance involved in the look your desire, what to use and how to style and care for your new look at home. Once we agree on the plan and I have answered all your questions the magic begins!!!

Once we have a detailed plan in place, I will get to work! Every step of the way I will use top of the line color, products and tools to ensure the healthiest, longest lasting results possible. I will work efficiently to respect your time, but I will never sacrifice the quality of my work by rushing on your hair. Throughout the service we will chat more in depth about how to maintain the longevity of your color, the health of your hair and how to style at home.
Please feel free to bring a book, tv show or laptop to work with. I'll always make sure you are comfortable and supply a clean area to enjoy your service. The time in my chair is yours, being quiet or chatting is perfectly fine with me.

Your hair looks fab! let's show it off with a mini photoshoot. I would love to showcase you on my social media and website. I will always show you the pictures first and get your approval as well as never show your face. If possible wear a neutral colored shirt. Heavy print or bright colors can distort your hair color in the pictures. I want this to be fun and for you to get some pictures you love.

The easiest part of maintaining your new look is rebooking your next visit. I love being able to personally schedule your appointment for you. This ensures we always have enough time and I will always be prepared for your visit.
